Active Release Technique

Active Release Technique

Active Release Technique is a non-invasive therapy that resolves muscle stiffness, lost mobility, inflamed joints and pain associated with repetitive motions.
ART is used to treat symptoms with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
It helps to restore free movement of soft tissues, release entrapped nerves and realign the fascia.
It can help increase in sports performance of power, strength, and flexibility. It breaks adhesions which causes pain and tension.
However the adhesion sites are painful to release but pressure should never be applied beyond the patient’s tolerance.
